Most people want to lose weight and become fit. However, it is unrealistic to say that everyone can become fit in a month because people come in different shapes and sizes; nevertheless, it is possible to lose weight in a month.
After you have gotten rid of the bad junk food eating habit, the next step is to set a goal for yourself. The most important part of setting goals is being realistic. Losing 10 pounds a week is not healthy at all; even if you do, you will get fat easily. The faster you lose weight, the faster you will gain it back. A more realistic number would be losing 1 pound a week. In total, you can lose up to 4 pounds a month.
Of course, you have to keep track of your progress by measuring yourself. The most common way of measuring is to use a scale. Step on the scale by the end of every week and write down the results. You can also measure your shoulders, bust, waist, hips, thighs after for a more detailed result.
Starving yourself will not help you lose weight. What you need to change is cutting down the number of calories you consume each day. An average woman needs to eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, while an average man needs about 2500 calories. If you want to lose weight, an average woman needs about 1500 calories a day, while an average man needs about 2000 calories.
The final thing you need to do is to exercise. Do a minimum of 30 minutes of sports every day and don't go over two hours. This can be jogging, biking, or swimming. You can also do exercises like crunches, push-ups, planks, or wall-sits. Remember to drink lots of water to stay hydrated.Once you have followed all my instructions, compare your results to when you first started. You should have successfully lost weight. I hope you reach your goal and have a wonderful day.
